About this Piece

You won't need any other lucky charm when you place the Clover Natural Coffee Table in a room. Carved from blocks of chamcha wood, the curved sections that make up the top are affixed to a black metal base. What makes this wood coffee table extra special are the swirls of graduated hues that darken as they flow toward the middle, the whorls representing the rings of the tree as it grew. This is only possible because we have reclaimed a portion of a massive felled specimen that would have been abandoned to decompose on the forest floor and made a piece worthy of its beauty. We also offer the Clover in a gray stone finish. Both of these reflect the ethos that the Phillips Collection personifies: modern organic.
