About This Piece
Ice Shelf by artist Awu explores frozen coastal formations using thick, tactile layers of oil paint on canvas. The composition balances heavy white impasto blocks with sweeping expanses of deep blue and slate tones, capturing a stark, wintry expanse. Housed in a clear acrylic frame, this piece is designed for vertical display only.
