These semi flush ceiling lights are built from steel to last for years to come; they are backed by a 1 year limited manufacturer's warranty. These light fixtures install easily. This semi flush comes with a 3 ft. chain and 10 ft. wire so that it can be converted to a hanging ceiling fixture. This ceiling light uses 3 screw based filament style light bulbs up to 60-Watt each; light bulbs are included.
